After user entered Windows AD username and password, the Okta Desktop MFA dialog briefly appeared for about one second before disappearing without any message

We are testing on Desktop MFA. Once user entered Windows AD username and password, the Okta Desktop MFA dialog briefly appeared for about one second before disappearing without any message. it will happen once in few day, but to resolve the issue, we need to restart computer. Is there any one facing this issue?
