    If you are dealing with a Trial or Free Developer account, your org is most likely missing the required feature for this operation. 

    If you have a paid account, please open a case so my colleagues from the Support Team can look into this and confirm all the necessary features are enabled as per your entitlement.

    @v329o (v329o)​  - I am not sure what you mean by "Super user". There is a "Super Administrator" built-in Okta role that grants all permissions to all resources available in your tenant.

     

    If you navigate to Security > Administrators > Admins and filter to yourself (start typing your email/login value) you should show up like this:

    If that isn't your role. Then you are not a Super Administrator. If you cannot access this location you are also not a Super Administrator.
