Hi,
recently I worked on integrating our app (taia.io) with Auth0 to support Okta login as a request from one of our enterprise clients.
The code works fine, I can click on the Log in with Okta button and use my Okta account to log into the app.
But my client's users can't - they need to add our app in their Okta setup or something?
I tried reaching out to Okta customer success team multiple times but apparently they're not interested in replying and making sure we get some success as a potential customer.
Can someone please help explain to me what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks so much in advance.

Hello @User176857143308852281 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
In order to connect with Support you need to have a Paid account and to Open a Support ticket.
Regarding your application, it depends how should you clients connect to your application through your Okta Org or theirs. If they should access it though your Okta org you need to create their user account in Okta and add the users to the application.
If they need to access it though their Okta org, then they need to setup the application in their Okta and assign the users to the application on their side.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
