j1in7 (j1in7) asked a question.

okta verification problems, I am able to sign in but have no push notification codes.

I just got hired and I am having a difficult time getting into Workday because of Okta verification. I have an account set up from a pervious job but I can not move forward because it needs verification from a code or a push notification code. I have no recived any codes from either way and do not know how to get one. It tells me that I can get the code with the app on my phone but the app is asking for verification also. Where do I go from here? Where would I find a verification code?

    While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider. In this case I assume it’s the company.  

    Please reach out to your company's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.

    if you are hired by a new company, you need ask your new admin add your account then can enroll the okta verify. have you enroll for new company?
