I wish there was an easier way to submit support issues, directly from the app versus having to go all around the world.
Push notifications for MFA are no longer working. I use the swipe and nothing happens. Issue on mobile and Pc platforms. I can enter authenticate by entering the code but where is the fun in that? It stopped a week or so ago.
There was an issue with the 5.0 release of Okta Verify a few weeks ago that exhibited that exact behavior for many users. Okta quickly released a patch and then a permanent update that fixed the problem. I experienced the issue firsthand, and now I'm on version 5.0.7 and the push feature works just fine. Check your version number, or check the app store for a newer release. Hopefully that will resolve it for you.
