    Thank you for posting on our community portal.

     

    If one of your users cannot login anymore please check the System Log in order to identify the cause.

    To do that please go to your user's profile from your admin dashboard (Directory > People > click on the affecter username), on the user's page you will see a 'View Logs' link next to the user status.

     

    On the System Log you will the authentication attempts and you will be able to determine the cause of the issue based on the events.

    If you are not sure how to read the System Log or the events do not match the seen outcome please open a Support Ticket.
