Windows 10 Web Sign-In and Hello reset, Intune Configuration, and Okta with OIE getting "We can't Open that page right now"

We are utilizing Okta as Idp with OIE and have set configuration in Intune to allow url: https://{ourcompany.okta.com/app/Office365/{Key}/sso/wsfed/passive. When trying to web sign-in or reset Windows Hello we are getting "We cant open that page right now, for security reasons you'll need to visit the page from a browser or different device...."

 

When I try to go to this url on my device, I get a "Okta 404 page not found." im not sure if this part is relevant or not.

      I have enabled web sign-in, added the url that I can't reach, and pushed the policy to my device and this still does not work.

       

      • @ezmka (ezmka)​ - please open a case to work with one of my Support colleagues to get to the bottom of things.

        The Community forum is not ideal for in-depth troubleshooting.

        They'll have access to back-end tools that might help diagnose the issue better.

        Once you find a solution, if you can, please share it here as well to help anyone in the Community who might be experiencing the same.
