A company employee has recently moved to Thailand, and since has not been able to connect using the SAML login method.
Once putting entering credentials, and using the next stage of authentication (Okta Push or Google Authenticator) the screen just hangs for a long time and no connection progress is seen. Just a blank white screen.

if other user work fine and the user work fine in other area, I think it is not configuration issue. May be there are some connection issue for this network provided, could you let the user switch a network? if it still not solve, please create a case with support.
