I have OKTA MFA enabled that allows users to type in a code to login in. I want to be a send "push notifications" instead. However i do not see any option to swap from typing in a code to push notifications.

If your users are enrolled in Okta Verify for MFA, then they can choose to use either push or pin method every time they're prompted. There's a dropdown gadget in the MFA prompt dialog with which they can select from any MFA factors to which they are enrolled.
