Question about using Okta provisioning for ServiceNow integration

I am working with a client who is using Okta to manage users and they want to integrate that with ServiceNow. Does anyone know how effective to use Okta provisioning vs ServiceNow LDAP when importing users including insert, update, or delete users? Have anyone faced issue if they want to include the Company/Department/Location in ServiceNow that is linked to users information when using Okta provisioning?

    Hi, @s71yf (s71yf)

Thank you for posting on our Community page!

If you encountered issues during test migration, check the settings for inconsistencies, correct them to be the same as for your current ServiceNow app, and try again. If the test migration is successful, you can start the process of migration for all users.
