jkxu6 (jkxu6) asked a question.
This is happening for all the users I attempt to assign to Servicenow. I have followed all the documentation to integrate Okta and Servicenow on both ends. Not sure what is going on. I am using PDI version of Servicenow and the Trial version of Okta both recently made and valid.

Hello @jkxu6 (jkxu6) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
It seems that the error seems to be caused by a ServiceNow misconfiguration or because the service account used for the API integration does not have the appropriate permissions to view/edit user objects in the ServiceNow application.
