Hi All!
I'm running Okta Verify on my iPhone 13 Pro Plus on iOS 17.0 Beta, my MacBook Pro (2020, 13in, intel I5, macOS 12.6.8, Safari 16.6) and my iMac (2020, 24in, M1, MacOS 13.4.1, Safari 16.5.2). My iPhone offloaded Okta Verify, and now I'm unable to access my account, generate codes or link it to my account. Is this something I can troubleshoot or should I just reach out to support?

In essence, for security reasons you'll need to use an alternative option to sign into your Okta account and enroll the new device. If you do not have an alternative option, please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help you enroll a new device and provide further assistance. They will need to reset your MFA and this will trigger a new enrollment flow.
While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.
