MFA Reset Request – Lost Access to Okta Verify Device

Hi everyone,

 

I have a developer account in Okta and I’m currently locked out because I lost access to the device where Okta Verify was installed.

  • Account type: Developer / integration account
  • Issue: When I try to sign in, Okta always asks me to authenticate with Okta Verify , but I don’t have the old device anymore, so I can’t complete the MFA step.
  • Goal: I need to log in so I can enroll Okta Verify on a new device.

Is there a way to reset or remove the Okta Verify factor for my account, or to reset MFA, so that I can register a new device?
