I recently changed my phone and am now unable to complete multi-factor authentication via the Okta Verify mobile app, which has locked me out of my admin console.
Issue Summary:
After switching to a new phone, the Okta Verify app on my previous device is no longer accessible. Since Okta Verify was my configured MFA method, I am unable to log in to my admin account to manage my organization's Identity Center integration.
Please help me in regaining access to the admin console.

We understand that you require assistance with account recovery. Free trial/Developer account credentials or MFA cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your password or MFA.

You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account. We encourage you to save the credentials to ensure access in the future.
Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.
