Okta ASA Scale Agent Error - Authentication Token Expired

After having user upgrade to ScaleFT 1.68.2.msi, user is unable to connect to any server through ASA. I have verified the connection is only occurring with this user, as others are able to connect to these same servers. During troubleshooting, I rolled the user back to ScaleFT 1.65.0, however, user continues to experience same issue.

 

Only other factor that may be playing a role here is the VDI the user needs to use given the requirements of the contract. Looking for other steps to troubleshoot to resolve issue.
