Problem observed:
The user switched to entering the code from the app since the push notification was not arriving, and since the change, the app has always been crashing.
We tried to reinstall the app, but still face the same issue.

Check your device to confirm that these conditions are met:
A) The device time and time zone are set to Automatic. If they are already set to Automatic, restart your device to allow your device time to sync.
B) Your network connection is stable.
C) Okta Verify notifications are turned on.
D) The latest version of Okta Verify is installed on your device.
E) Ensure that battery optimization settings don’t restrict Okta Verify from functioning.
Beyond that, you will have to rule out environmental reasons by attempting to reproduce the issue on a different device.
