Our organization has several android users who can't authenticate on mobile apps like Outlook, Teams, and RingCentral. They just get stuck on a "Taking you to your organization's sign in page..." and never takes them to their multifactor authentication method. No issues with iOS phones. Any known issues?

Thank you for posting! Do you have any Device Trust solution implemented on your org? As from what I read in your description the issue seems to be due to the lack of the proper certificate being installed on the device. Please review the following documentation that contains a solution for this: Sign in issues
