    Hi! Please do check your sign-on policies as well to ensure your users are/are not in the correct groups specified in the policy. Furthermore, the logs should indicate which sign-on policy they are hitting and it might help us narrow down the root cause. Also, make sure that the Zone Type is not "IP Block List" (just in case!).
