in "Networks" we have zone with several blocked countries. But I have one IP (from blocked country) which I need whitelist. Any hint how to do it?

At this time there is no option to Whitelist IP's that are included within a Blocklisted Country, as Okta will first look at the Blocklisted IP's first.
If the user has the option to use a VPN to connect to the Organisation this would be the best workaround.
Alternatively you can add an Idea on our Idea section in the Community to have this as a feature in the future.
