I have the exact same issue as this person from last week: https://support.okta.com/help/s/question/0D54z00007SKr0UCAT/okta-verify-unresponsive-unable-to-press-yes-its-me?language=en_US
When using the Android app sometimes the push notification will come up and then not do anything when I tap "Yes, it's me". The button will highlight on the tap, but nothing happens, my login is not authenticated, and the push notification on my phone just stays there. There is using it from within the Okta app on Android.
Android 13 on Google Pixel 6 Pro. I'm on a good wi-fi connection and all other apps are working fine on my phone and on the desktop I'm trying to authenticate on.

Hello @rpbqi (rpbqi) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
Could you try to press and *hold* the "yes, It's me" button and see if this works?
Additionally please make sure that you have the latest version of the application. Also please see our troubleshooting kb that might provide some assistance.

As a last resort you could uninstall and reinstall the application and see if this fixes your issue, before doing so make sure you have a backup MFA or that you are in the user profile page to re-set it up as this will remove your profile from the app or any other MFA profiles that you might have.

The next time I went to try it, it worked from the notification so I couldn't attempt to replicate. As others who have shared this same problem, for me it is intermittent. It will not happen every time and I don't need to use it often enough to notice a pattern. I didn't do anything in between it not working then working like reboot or even restart the app.
@rpbqi (rpbqi) Does the time clock on your Android sync with mobile network?
Yes. I use multiple MFA applications every day including Microsoft and Google authenticator and have never had a problem with them. That includes today where I entered several different codes from apps on that same phone with no problem. Those would not work if there was a time issue.
@rpbqi (rpbqi) I think you should create a case with Okta support.
