Okta Admin "Unable to sign in"

Hello,

 

I can no longer login using my administrator account. The error says "Unable to sign in" and when I sniffed out the request, I got this.

I'm not sure how I can reinstate my admin account considering this is a free subscription and I don't have access to support request.

    Hmm.. did you recently change your password or any such thing? Perhaps enable an MFA factor or test sign-on policies that may apply to you? Always helpful to exclude yourself or some service account when testing those.

     

    I would say that no matter the cause, if you are still unable to login then I would recommend you reach out to Okta as we would all be unable to perform any "backend" assistance.

     

    Only other suggestion I might have is assuming your Admin account is still active, and you generated an API key that you saved, can you run any GET requests to find out more info on some of those policies or search the logs for events?
