Issue with SWA app for TDS Traces App
Hi,
I created an application with SWA(Secure Web Authentication) option for TDS Traces app and the url is https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/app/login.xhtml.
i used a "Template Plugin App 3 Fields" from the existing app catalogue in okta as the TDS Traces app contains (Userid,pwd ,tan deductor ) fields. I provided the field values of all the 3 labels as well as values and also the login button label.
once i click on the app from the okta browser plugin , it is getting redirected to the TDS Traces site but the values are not getting auto-populated.
can someone please help on this and let me know where i am doing wrong.

Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!
I would recommend to double check the configuration and make sure that you are using the correct CSS selectors in the Template Plugin App 3 Fields configuration. Additionally, I managed to find the below documentation where it provides information about the template and how to configure one under the "Procedure" section:
Also, I have tried to access the link provided but I am being redirected to another login page, therefore you could check to see if the app has any other authentication URLs that you could use to in the Template Plugin App 3 Field configuration.
