Hi,
I am having trouble generating a new QR code to add OKTA on a new device. The FAQ page says, " Click on the Account button in the lower left-hand corner to find the Extra Verification section. In this section, find and click the Reset button next to the Okta Verify mobile app"
There is no reset button in the extra verification section that I can find.
Please advise on how to generate a new QR Code

Navigate to okta end user dashboard -> settings -> extra verifications. Click Remove on the right of "Okta Verify". The remove button changes to "Set up" which will get you to a new QR code. otherwise you can reach out to your Org admin to reset MFA factor.
