I'm locked out of my admin account and not sure how to get help unlocking it

While trying to log into my Okta developper account I got my passwords confused and accidentally tried to log in with the wrong password on my admin account and subsequently got locked out and I'm not sure how to get access back. I tried to reset my password but got an error message saying "Reset password is not allowed at this tie. Please contact support for assistance".

 

The problem is that I sent an email to support@okta.com and got an auto-reply saying that email is no longer monitored and that I should open a case or ask the community for help or open a case through the online portal. Since I'm locked out of my admin account I cannot open a case so I'm posting here and hoping someone can help.

With most likely a password reset or MFA reset. This, unfortunately, cannot be processed through the help center portal, as access to tenant details is missing.
