I signed up for a free trial to test out using Okta for my one woman show. BIG MISTAKE. I have since been locked out of my LinkedIn and cannot access LinkedIn Support without logging in to my account.
Even though I am the ONLY person on my Okta account and am therefore a Super Admin, I am not allowed to open a support case. I have followed all directions for giving myself the appropriate roles to have support access and yet I am still denied.
So now I am left without access to any help from either Okta or LinkedIn. Where on earth do I go from here? Is it done and I'm just left with a dead LinkedIn account for all of eternity and stuck in an account with Okta and zero way to get help?
