Push sent

Push sent notification not received to my mobile app Everytime I logged in desktop, as I switch on notification and reinstalled the app it doesn't send push notifications to my mobile app,and when i opened the app it asks for qe code​ please help

    Thanks for posting.

     

    If the Okta Verify App is asking you for the QR code then most likely your account is not registered yet on your device.

     

    The process in that case is this:

    If your account appears registered on your mobile device, you are not receiving the push notifications but you can see th 6 digit code then please check the following steps:

    A) Your Device Time is set to Automatic

    B) You have a stable network connection

    C) Your notifications are turned on for Okta Verify.
