I'd like to know if there is any way to configure the content of the email notification sent when one or more MFA factors have been reset or removed, or when MFA is set.
I don't see an option under Customisation > Brands > Emails

Hi @GavinB.13843 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
For MFA, you need to customize the template labeled "Authenticator Reset".
The naming convention changed with the transition from Okta Classic to Okta Identity Engine. Same as the menu under Security, it no longer says "Multifactor", it's called "Authenticators".
