"Yes it's me" option missing from iPhone lock screen after iOS update

Since I updated to iOS 15.2.1, the 2FA push notification that appears on my phone's lock screen no longer shows the option "yes, it's me" when I swipe left on the notification. Instead, I now have to unlock the phone and go into the Okta app and in the app click on "yes, it's me". Not a major problem ... but quite annoying after having become used to be able do it in one step from the lock screen. Can I fix this??

  • Hello @t1hy3 (t1hy3),

    Thank you for posting.

My recommendation on this case is to run a diagnostic tool on the app (as you can see in the picture), this can help you with the issue, also this way you can submit a bug and the developer would recollect more data to fix this issue.

Hi Natalia ... thanks for getting back to me. I do not have the Diagnostics option available: see screenshot attached. Any further suggestion / advice?

Same here, my FaceID doesn't work so utilizing the "yes it's me" from the lock screen is much more ideal as when I open the Okta app it won't allow me to approve authentication from there and instead gives a "you need FaceID" error message, which is super annoying.
