ctld4 (ctld4) asked a question.

How to enable biometric authentication on Linux

Is it possible to set up biometric authentication to Okta on Linux?

I was previously using the fingerprint scanner to log in to Okta on Windows, but have now changed over to Linux and would like to set up biometric authentication to Okta in a similar way.

I can log in to my Linux machine using the fingerprint scanner (I think it uses fprintd), so my fingerprint scanner definitely works.

      Hi @ojovp (ojovp)

I am using fprintd for fingerprint login, but am happy to change to any method supported by Okta on Linux (I am using Fedora35).
