Hello, I changed my mobile phone and I couldn't get Verification code to access to Facebook on Okta via my new phone. It shows that I need a QR code, and I asked Facebook support staff, they said I should turn to you to get this code. Please help me to solve the problem. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

To access the Facebook by authenticating against the verification code on Okta via your new phone, you first need to contact your Okta administrator requesting to reset the MFA enrollment for your account. Once MFA enrollment has been reset successfully, you will be able to enroll to MFA via your new phone all over again, by scanning the QR code displayed on the login page.

I successfully enrolled to MFA but Facebook doesn't show up on my Okta...it shows that I need a QR code and I asked Okta administrator in my company, he said he could only provide me with QR code for my company, and Facebook also told me they don't provide QR code for Facebook......could you provide me with QR code for Facebook used on Okta?
