I occasionally offloaded my Okta Verify app from my mobile. Now when I want to log in Okta webpage, the only method is to use the voice call to send me a verification code. But my mobile cannot receive the voice call now, and I have tried many times redialing but failed to get this call. I never change my mobile number, and I have called my mobile operator (China Mobile) to ask this, and got their confirmation that they didn't block my inbound call from abroad. Help me!!!

While Okta provides the Product(IAM, SSO, Okta Verify etc.), individual account management and access policies are handled by your company or service provider.
Please reach out your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter, provide further assistance and if needed, they will open a case with our Support team for further investigation.
