    This has been asked many times before. You can go to your Okta Dashboard and under settings add Okta Verify on another device but you will have to have some other MFA set up in order to access your security methods in the settings. If you cannot access the settings because you don't have another MFA you can use to verify your identity then you'll need to work with your Okta Admin to reset your MFA on your tenant. The Okta Admin is a person in your organization.
