Facebook (Private account) login - New phone without the Facebook authentication code generator and no access to old phone
Hi community,
I got a new iPhone. Unfortunately I already erased and reset my old phone, but now I don't have Facebook code generator via Okta on the new phone and I can't figure out how I reset the MFA or get a QR code to reactivate it.
Surely, I can't be the only one with this issue and it's impossible to find solutions online....
Please tell me one of you have a solution? I would really appreciate it and I'm quite surprised that this is so complicated.

While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify) , individual account management is handled by your company or in this case service provider.
Please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can provide further assistance.
