Okta Browser Plugin no longer stays signed in using New Edge...

Hello!

Since last week, my Okta Browser Plugin will not stay signed in after the browser is closed and re-opened. Every time I have to log in via okta.com for the plugin to become active. I'm using the latest Edge (the new Chromium one). I tested the Chrome plugin with Chrome (obviously) and that seems fine.

 

It's almost like it is failing to save its preferences... when I do sign in and click on it to access my apps, the green "!" indicating someone this new doesn't disappear.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

I understand that you're having issues with the Okta Browser Plugin with the latest version of Edge. This seems like this is a plugin caching issue the browser side.

     

    Can you confirm if this is happening to anyone else on your team or just yourself?

    In the plugin under settings > Advanced > there's an option to enable the Okta Plugin logs which will display errors in the Developers console. Can you enable this and attempt another restart and see if there are errors in the log?

      Thanks for the reply!

      The issue is only affecting me.
      I tried what you said about enabling logging for the Okta plugin - nothing (obvious) shows in the logs when I enable it. Is there anything I need to look out for? Also if I then restart the browser, the enable logging option in the plugin is forgotten and needs to be re-enabled...
