Can someone help in integrating siteminder with okta. There are few applications which are hosted in Siteminder. We are not migrating those applications to Okta rather we want siteminder as the idp and okta being the SP to authenticate.
We tried to do via inbound federation but need to assured about the configuration part.
Do we have any such document/reference?

I would assume that you're trying to set up siteminder as an Inbound SAML external IdP in Okta. The process of doing so is described here:

However, the particulars of such integration would require a first hand look at the metadata file provided by siteminder to insure a correct configuration, so if you're encountering any difficulties, I would recommend opening a support case with us.
