For AD mastered users, change password section is not available(refer below image for difference between Okta mastered and AD mastered user)
Okta Master user is getting "Change Password" section
AD Mastered user not seeing "Change Password" section
I have already configured AD password policy to allow password change but still doesn't see change password section for end user
Password reset is working properly and user is able to reset their AD password using forgot password option during login but can't see change password section from their dashboard after login.
Any suggestion or help is appreciated, I am not sure what I am missing here.

Even am also facing the same issue
I had a similar issue. But was able to get it working. Two things that you should check, is the account you are testing with a super admin in Okta? The password reset isn't available for those accounts. Also, check your AD permissions that the service account in AD you're using has permissions to set the password. When I used a different account and fixed the permissions issue, I was able to see the password reset.
