Use case. We link with an outside org's AD for SSO. Okta and AD's password policy is minimum 10 characters. Outside Orgs policy is minimum 6 characters. Can Okta reject/disable users from the outside org who's password is not at least 10 characters?

We can not verify the actual password of a user when they are imported.
The policies are enforced when a user changes his password from Okta, or a reset is triggered for him.
