hi,
I created an okta tenant in order to test workflows functionnalities
but I can't see Okta Workflows OAuth & Okta Workflows apps as described in the documentation Without these 2 apps, I can't open the workflow console.
What I am doing wrong?

In addition to @BhaskarM.18336 (Customer) suggestions, you can check the Features status from Admin page -> Settings -> Features
