AayushS.54394 (Customer) asked a question.

I am unable to log into my Admin Console - (403 Access Forbidden-You don't have permission to access this page)

I have a free trial account on Okta, where I am the sole super administrator responsible for managing authentication policies. After making modifications to these policies, I encountered an issue where I can no longer log into the Admin console, but I am still able to access my end-user dashboard. I am seeking advice on solutions to regain access to my Admin console. Could you provide guidance on troubleshooting steps or reset procedures? Additionally, are there specific support or recovery options available for super administrators in such situations, particularly within a free trial environment?/help/servlet/rtaImage?refid=0EMKZ000000GQHs

Hello @AayushS.54394 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

We understand that you require assistance with account recovery. Free trial/Developer account credentials or MFA cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your username and password or MFA.

You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account. We encourage you to save the credentials to ensure access in the future.

Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Most likely it is a change in the authentication policy for admin console that is blocking you. IE: requiring okta verify but not having okta verify enrolled. etc.
