Hello @RushiG.67016 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

You are asking how to enable the default Okta Workflows OAuth application in your Okta tenant.

Okta Workflows is not available by default on all tenant types and requires specific licensing or account configuration to access.

    Root Cause:

Okta Workflows features, including the Okta Workflows OAuth application, are not enabled on free developer accounts. The Workflows OAuth app will not appear in your Admin Console unless your organization has the appropriate license or has been provisioned with Workflows access.

    Solution:

Follow these steps to determine your eligibility and request access:

    1. Verify your account type. If you are using a free developer account, Okta Workflows is not available. You will need to upgrade or sign up for a Free Trial Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) account, which includes limited Workflows features.
    2. Check your Features status. Log in to your Okta Admin Console, navigate to Settings → Features, and look for Okta Workflows or related workflow capabilities. If the feature is not listed, it has not been enabled for your organization.
    3. Contact Okta Sales. If you have a production or trial account and believe you should have Workflows access, reach out to Okta Sales to request that the Workflows feature flag be enabled on your tenant. This is not a self-service configuration.
    4. Verify licensing. Confirm that your organization has purchased the Advanced Lifecycle Management (LCM) option or the appropriate Workflows SKU. Workflows requires a specific license entitlement.

Once Okta enables Workflows for your tenant, the Okta Workflows OAuth application will automatically appear in your applications list, and you can then configure it for use with your workflow connectors.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
