G-Suite provisionins- reactivate users

We have Okta provisioning users for G-Suite. Works great. If i delete a user in AD and it goes to Okta it does deactivate the user in G-Suite. If i restore the user in AD, and the user is reactivated in Okta the account is reactivated in G-Suite.

Is there a time limit, some of our users do not get reactivated. Maybe after 30 days they do not. Then i have to go into Google admin and manually reactivate the user. The okta log still reports that the reactivation was successful.

I do not see anything in the config docs for accounts that fail to reactivate.

    Hey Todd,

     

    You'll likely need to take a look at your G-Suite logs.

     

    In some cases, the API call will return a SUCCESS, but then the account will become almost immediately deactivated again, due to some other security consideration or unmet condition.

     

    Check your audit logs for events based on the user account that failed:
