Enrollment email into G-Suite email address with SAML enabled auth
We are trying to leverage user enrollment email from Okta to on-board all new users for G-Suite. SAML authentication is enabled between G-Suite (SSP) and Okta (iDP). AD is the profile master.

User provisioning is done with Google AD Sync agents. The problem is if the enrollment email is delivered to an address into G-Suite, which new users don't have access to. 

Is there a way to send Okta enrollment email to the secondary email address? or any other suggested method for the enrollment email delivery?

    Hi Al,

     

    Thanks for reaching out to Okta Community Support.

     

    Based on your described workflow, your Okta users can login in Okta using their Active Directory credentials when they're being mastered in Active Directory and Delegated Authentication is enabled. They just need to access their G Suite account via Okta dashboard and complete the on-boarding process.
