AD + OKTA + G Suite: are new user's password replicated to G Suite?
Hello,
The case:
In G Suite don't have SSO active yet. In OKTA only the Create, Update and Suspend User options are active in Provisioning. Note the Sync Password is not active.
The question
When I create a new user in Active Directory, it is created to G Suite. But what about the password? The user is created without a password or with a random password?

Hi Akira,
If you are using SWA with provisioning enabled but with Sync Password unchecked in G suite, the user will be created in G Suite without a password and the Admin should set the password for the user. I created like that, when the user would try to sign in to G Suite using the Okta chiclet he will get a prompt to enter his password.
