Hi,
Everything with Okta was working fine suddenly OKta registration is not working and getting error:

Looks like you're trying to create an account for someone that already exists.

Have there been any changes to user profile? We had a similar issue where someone created a new profile attribute that was required and it broke registration.
I'd check that quickly and then maybe open a case since that error is pretty generic.
