TylerG.16319 (Customer) asked a question.

Unable to log into my deactivated Okta Integrator account however cannot sign up for a new one because Okta says it still exists with my email

I received this email:

Hi Tyler,If you want to continue using your Okta free integrator plan, please sign in. If you don't sign in within the next 7 days, your plan may be deactivated.Sign In [integrator-1828901.okta.com]

However I saw it 9 days later.

I did try to sign into the account but it let me know that it's deactivated.

No worries, I'll just sign up for a new integrator account.

However when I go to https://developer.okta.com/signup/ and try to use the same email I get: "An Okta Integrator Free Plan org already exists for the email provided".

Unfortunately I cannot use my personal email address with regards to what I need to accomplish.

My work only offers a single email address now, no aliases.

Suggestions?

Hello @TylerG.16319 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

Unfortunately in this situation there is not much we can do here. I you could have used an alias or a different email address there would not have been a problem, but in this case, without these options there is no way to create a new developer account.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
