Unable to register new user

Hi,

Everything with Okta was working fine suddenly OKta registration is not working and getting error:

Any help would be appreciated.

  • Have there been any changes to user profile? We had a similar issue where someone created a new profile attribute that was required and it broke registration.

     

    I'd check that quickly and then maybe open a case since that error is pretty generic.
