AWS App provisioning by API
I am trying to figure out if an API exists (or is in the works) for provisioning an AWS App. The process is described for the user interface in this: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/DeploymentGuides/AWS/connect-okta-multiple-aws-api.htm*Step help docs. It is under 'Step 5: Configure the AWS app in Okta' (Steps *6&7).
Basically I want to be able to create an application by API, then set the AWS IAM Keys in the provisioning tab by an API.
Where are the docs for this API, and if it does not exist, is it currently in development?

You may be able to accomplish this using the developer API - https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/apps/#add-custom-saml-application.
