I have configured the AWS SSO app several times and each time I click the Provisioning tab the UI continues to swirl and doesn't land at the configuration page. I have performed this under a previous trial subscription without any issues. Does anyone have an idea what might be causing it please?

Hi @tg2dq (tg2dq) - which browser are you using?
I just tried accessing AWS SSO provisioning tab on Firefox, Chrome and Safari on my Mac and is working okay.
If you have tried on multiple browser and still getting the issue, I would be curious if the LCM SKU is enabled on your tenant? Best to check with support as well.

Thanks Andrew, I will run some further checks on different browsers and see what comes up. For reference Version 83.0.4103.116 of Chromium on Ubuntu. I will report back
