    Thank you for posting on the Okta Help Center.

     

    When changing your device that had the MFA factor configured (Okta Verify , Duo Security, Google Authenticator), you'll have to reach out to one of your Okta admins to reset the specific MFA factor then enroll into the MFA Factor using your new phone / device.

     

    If MFA is not required to access your Okta org from specific locations / Network Zones, you can access your Okta Home Dashboard > Settings > Edit Profile > Extra Verification > Reset MFA.
