New adviser not on casebook

We have a new volunteer adviser. She has been set up on the Okta dashboard but has not appeared on casebook. Casebook live is active, remote working is active. Her okta profile looks exactly the same as other members of staff but I cannot get her to appear on casebook so we can make a calendar etc for her. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    The only thing that comes to mind is that Provisioning for the application may have failed.

    I would recommend to review the user's provide on the Assignment tab and see if there are any issues with the account or if it failed to provisioned the user in the application.

    Thanks for your response Paul.

    I have tried this and unfortunately had no luck.

    I've even tried to completely delete her from Okta and do the set up again.

    She has managed to log into Casebook live but cannot be find in the "Manage Advisers" tab in casebook. I am very puzzled!
